What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What’s the difference between the AeroPocket models?
All three handhelds have a fan and a cooling mist. The AeroPocket and AeroPocket Ultra add a cool-touch pad for direct relief, and the Pro has a longer-lasting battery for full days out. The Lite is fan and mist only. The AeroDesk is a dedicated desk fan for staying put. There's a full comparison on our Find your AeroPocket page.
How does the cooling actually work?
Three ways. The fan moves air, the fine mist cools through evaporation, and the cool-touch pad lowers your skin temperature when pressed to your neck or wrists. Use one, or combine them for more cooling.
Will the mist get me wet?
No — it’s a fine, evaporative mist designed to cool without soaking your skin, clothes, or makeup. A little goes a long way.
What water should I use in the mister?
Clean tap water is fine, though we recommend filtered or distilled water to keep the nozzle clear. Avoid adding anything other than water.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 5 hours on the AeroPocket and Lite, and over 10 hours on the Ultra, depending on the mode and speed you use. Mist and cooling-pad modes use more power than the fan alone.
How do I charge it?
Over USB-C, the same cable type as most modern phones. A charging cable is included; a plug is not.
Is it quiet enough for the office?
On lower speeds, yes. Higher speeds are louder, as with any fan.
Can I take it on a plane?
Usually, yes — handheld fans with built-in batteries are generally allowed in carry-on, but rules vary by airline, so check with your carrier before you travel.
Does the lanyard fit all the models?
The AeroPocket Lanyard clips onto the AeroPocket and AeroPocket Ultra. The AeroPocket Lite comes with its own lanyard included.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Delivery costs and times are shown at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days and typically arrive within 14 days, depending on your location.
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you’re not happy, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days for a refund. Please see our Returns page for full details.
My device isn’t working — what should I do?
First, make sure it’s fully charged and the tank has water for misting. If it’s still not working, email us at admin@aeropocket.store with your order number and we’ll help.
Is it true you donate to charity?
Yes — for every product we sell, we donate 3 USD to The Nature Conservancy to support its work fighting climate change and protecting the natural world.
