Refund policy

We want you to love your AeroPocket. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. To start a return, contact us at admin@aeropocket.store with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Personalised or sale items are non-refundable.
